Welcome!
I started this blog when I was studying to become a Doctor in Naturopathy as a hobby and continued writing posts and sharing recipes while I was on maternity leave.
My intention with this media was to uplift and encourage other women and mothers to be the best version of themselves for the ones they love.
I also believe that when we are tapping into our highest potential,
we can become a beacon of light for others and make this world a better place.
I also believe in a holistic approach to life. Nature is brilliant.
One of my ancestors was an Apothecary in Paris. His parents owned a pharmacy, where the family helped supply the city with herbal remedies. In 1606, he decided to accompany his cousin to Acadia where I'm sure he was thrilled to discover new indigenous flora to work with.
Having been born and raised in Montreal, Canada, my lineage is also one that was deeply influenced by Indigenous culture, spirituality and wisdom. Of Huron-Wendat and Algonquin descent, I have studied the various herbal medicines used by my indigenous ancestors. I believe that nature is there to support us and our health.
I do not currently offer one on one consultations, but feel free to contact me if you would like to be referred to a qualified Naturopath.
Wishing you the best health possible,
Marie-Aude
